GTwin4 — Terms and Conditions of Use of the Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you, the user, and GTwin4. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service available on the platform — whether Sports Betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or poker — you confirm that you have read and fully agree to all provisions set forth herein.

To use GTwin4's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not be included on any gambling or Sports Betting self-exclusion list in Brazil.
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an employee of GTwin4 or any of its game providers.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.

Use of the platform by individuals who do not meet these criteria is strictly prohibited. GTwin4 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet the requirements, returning deposited balances in accordance with internal policy.

Registration on GTwin4 is free and open to any eligible person residing in Brazil. To create an account, you will need to provide the following information: full name as it appears on your ID, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and full residential address including zip code.

Each CPF may be linked to only one active account on GTwin4. Opening multiple accounts under the same CPF or using third-party documents constitutes a serious violation of these terms and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with possible balance retention pending investigation.

Identity verification (KYC) is required for:

• First withdrawal of any amount.
• Cumulative deposits over R$ 1,000.00.
• Any situation in which GTwin4 identifies a need to confirm identity for security or compliance purposes.

Accepted verification documents include: RG, CNH, Brazilian passport, or a photo-bearing professional ID card. Proof of address issued within the last 90 days may also be requested. GTwin4 is committed to completing verification within 48 business hours of receiving the full documentation.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any details change — such as your email, phone number, or address — update them in your account settings or contact GTwin4 support at suporte@gtwin4.net.

GTwin4 accepts deposits via the following methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. For bank transfers, we accept TED from any Brazilian bank — including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, and all other institutions registered with the Banco Central do Brasil.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. Pix deposits are processed within 30 seconds of payment confirmation in the Banco Central system. Boleto deposits may take up to 2 business days to clear. Credit card deposits are subject to anti-fraud review and may take up to 30 minutes to be released.

All deposit transactions must be made by the account holder using documents and payment methods linked to the CPF registered with GTwin4. The platform does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits identified as coming from a CPF other than the account holder's will be returned and the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

GTwin4 does not charge any fees on Pix deposits. Processing fees for other payment methods may apply as outlined in the current schedule available in your account's financial section. Credit card deposits may be classified as a digital services transaction by the card issuer — this is unrelated to GTwin4.

The minimum withdrawal at GTwin4 is R$ 30,00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys linked to the account holder's CPF. GTwin4 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, regardless of the reason given.

Withdrawal processing times vary based on the player's VIP Program level:

• Standard and Bronze accounts: within 4 hours of the request.
• VIP Silver: up to 3 hours.
• VIP Gold: within 2 hours.
• VIP Platinum: up to 1 hour with priority processing.
• VIP Diamond: priority processing, typically within minutes.

To make withdrawals, the account must have completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts are held until the process is complete. GTwin4 may request additional documentation before authorizing high-value withdrawals or in situations requiring greater due diligence for security and compliance reasons.

The balance available for withdrawal corresponds to the real account balance, excluding any bonus balances that have not yet met the rollover requirement. Bonus balance becomes withdrawable only after the full conditions of the corresponding promotion have been met.

GTwin4 reserves the right to suspend or delay withdrawal processing in cases of suspected fraud, terms violations, ongoing investigations, or orders from competent authorities. In such cases, the player will be notified by email within 24 hours.

GTwin4 offers several types of bonuses: welcome bonus, weekly reloads, cashback, VIP rakeback, freerolls, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus has specific terms detailed on the corresponding promotion page, including the amount, validity period, and rollover requirement.

The welcome bonus of 100% up to R$ 500.00 is available to players making their first deposit at GTwin4. The standard rollover requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Bets on events with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the Sports Betting bonus rollover. Bets on slots count 100% toward the rollover; bets on live table games count according to the contribution table available in the bonus section of the platform.

General rules applying to all GTwin4 bonuses:

• A player may take part in only one welcome promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bonus balance is wagered before real balance when both are available, unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
• Failure to meet the rollover requirement before the expiry date will result in the automatic cancellation of the bonus.
• GTwin4 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected — such as creating multiple accounts, hedge betting, or other behavior indicating an intent to extract bonuses without genuine gameplay risk.

The weekly cashback of the VIP Program has a 1x rollover requirement for Gold and Silver tiers. For Platinum and Diamond members, cashback is credited directly to the withdrawable balance with no rollover requirement, as described in the GTwin4 VIP Program terms.

Sports Betting at GTwin4 covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Série B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other international competitions), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and all other sports available in the sports lobby. Market availability may vary by event.

The minimum bet per event is R$ 1.00. Maximum bet limits vary by market, sport, and the player's VIP level. Bets exceeding GTwin4's defined limits are automatically declined or partially accepted, with the player notified accordingly.

The odds available at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply — subsequent changes do not affect bets already placed. GTwin4 reserves the right to correct odds that contain an obvious input error or system inconsistency. Bets placed at incorrect odds may be voided, with the staked amount returned to the player's balance.

Bets on events that are canceled, abandoned, or postponed to a date other than originally scheduled will be voided, with the stake returned to the account balance. Events temporarily suspended and resumed on the same date will have bets kept open. A draw in events where that option was not available may result in cancellation according to the specific rules of the market.

Bets placed on events whose outcome is already known at the time of registration are automatically canceled. GTwin4 uses monitoring systems that detect inconsistencies in bet registration and may void results in cases of collusion, match-fixing, or use of insider information.

The casino games available on GTwin4 — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live dealer games, and crash games — are provided by developers certified by independent testing laboratories (GLI, BMM, iTech Labs, or equivalent). The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available on that game's information page.

Crash games such as Aviator by Spribe use the Provably Fair, which allows any player to independently verify the randomness of each round's outcome. The verification hash is made available both before and after each round. GTwin4 does not manipulate results in Provably Fair games and has no access to the final multiplier before it is generated by the system.

At GTwin4 poker tables, cards are dealt by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The platform prohibits the use of assisted analysis software (unauthorized HUDs), automated game bots, or any tool that replaces human decision-making during hands. Use of such tools results in immediate account closure and balance retention pending investigation.

Collusion between players at poker tables — including chip dumping, hand signaling, or coordinating actions to the detriment of others — is actively monitored by GTwin4 and constitutes a serious terms violation. Accounts identified as colluding are permanently closed.

At live casino tables, the dealer's decision is final once the betting window closes. Technical issues that interrupt a round in progress will result in the round being voided and all bets returned. If the interruption occurs after the outcome has been determined, the valid result stands.

To ensure a fair and safe environment for all players, GTwin4 expressly prohibits the following behaviors:

• Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF or third-party documents to accumulate bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Money laundering or using the platform to convert funds of illicit origin into withdrawable balance.
• Use of bots or any automated software to place bets, play at tables, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Bonus arbitrage (bonus hunting) with the clear intent of extracting value from bonuses without putting real capital at risk.
• Hedge bets between different accounts to guarantee a positive outcome regardless of the event result.
• Exploitation of technical errors of odds, counters, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account sharing with third parties, including a spouse, family members, or business partners.
• Use of VPNs or proxies to disguise your geographic location or bypass access restrictions.
• Threats or harassment to other players or members of the GTwin4 support team.

If any prohibited behavior is identified, GTwin4 is authorized to preventively suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and, following the investigation, permanently close the account. Funds obtained through prohibited behavior will not be returned.

GTwin4 may suspend or close an account in the following situations: violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or unlawful activity, failure to complete the KYC process within the requested timeframe, a court order or regulatory authority ruling, or a request by the account holder.

In the event of a preventive suspension, the player will be notified by email and will have the right to submit their defense within 5 business days. GTwin4 will conduct the investigation and communicate the outcome within 10 business days. If no violation is confirmed, the account will be reactivated and any withheld withdrawals will be processed with priority.

In the event of permanent closure due to a terms violation, bonus balances are cancelled and real deposited balances are returned to the account holder in accordance with the refund policy, except in confirmed cases of fraud, where balances may be withheld pending legal investigation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting GTwin4 support. Before closure, all pending real-balance withdrawals are processed. Voluntarily closed accounts may be reactivated upon request and a new identity verification, unless the closure was initiated through a responsible gambling self-exclusion — in which case, the full exclusion period must be observed.

GTwin4 makes every effort to keep the platform available and stable 24 hours a day. However, technical interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or events beyond the company's control. GTwin4 is not liable for losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability, provided the issue was not caused by proven negligence on GTwin4's part.

GTwin4 is not liable for lost bets resulting from the user's unstable internet connection, use of incompatible devices, or actions taken by third parties who gained unauthorized access to the player's account due to the user's own failure to protect their credentials.

The outcomes of casino games, crash games, and Sports Betting on GTwin4 are determined by certified random systems. The platform does not guarantee any financial return to any player and is not responsible for losses accumulated over time, as the result of each bet is independent and random.

GTwin4's total liability to any player, for any cause, is limited to the amount deposited by the player and not withdrawn in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence established by a court ruling.

GTwin4 believes that betting entertainment is a legitimate leisure activity when enjoyed responsibly and within each player's personal limits. To support this, the platform offers a full suite of responsible gambling tools accessible at any time through your account settings.

The available tools include:

• Deposit limits daily, weekly, and monthly — all configurable by the player.
• Loss limits to control how much can be lost within a given period.
• Voluntary break of any duration — from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Permanent self-exclusion — irreversible for the requested period, which may be indefinite.
• Betting history with session reports to track your gaming behavior over time.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always the one available on this page, with the last updated date indicated at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after new conditions take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.

If you disagree with any changes to the terms, you must stop using the platform and contact GTwin4 support at suporte@gtwin4.net to request information about closing your account and processing any pending withdrawals.

In the event of a conflict between a previous version and the current version of these terms, the most recent version always prevails. Where these general terms conflict with the specific conditions of a promotion or game, the specific conditions prevail to the extent that they are more favorable to the player.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes arising from the use of the GTwin4 platform shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, with the express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
