Once the applicable retention periods expire, data is securely and irreversibly deleted using methods that prevent recovery. Data that cannot be fully deleted due to legal requirements is anonymized, so that the data subject can no longer be identified from it.

Exercising your rights is free of charge. GTwin4 does not charge any fee to process data protection requests, except in cases of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, as assessed by the DPO.
GTwin4's services are intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. The platform does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. The registration process requires a CPF and date of birth, and the KYC verification process includes age validation through official documents.
